The HACCP Mark – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point
US SteamVac is proud to offer the BlueEvolution product line which is Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)-certified. HACCP is a set of procedures aimed at monitoring the whole chain of the production process in the food industry. Contamination makes a food unsafe for nutrition and can cause serious harm to the consumer.
It is important to eliminate any serious health hazards such as fungi, bacteria, allergens, spores, and viruses. The HACCP certification allows you to help in the prevention of these health hazards that could affect food and beverage safety during production, processing, storage, or distribution. HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution, and consumption of the finished product.
US Steamvac is proud to offer the BlueEvolution product line which is HACCP-certified.
HEPA Certified – Protect your Home Environment
High Efficiency Particulate Air Filters
Filters meeting the High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) standards have many applications, including use in clean rooms for IC fabrication, medical facilities, automobiles, aircrafts, and homes. The filter must satisfy certain standards of efficiency such as those set by the United States Department of Energy (DOE). To qualify as HEPA by industry standards, an air filter must remove (from the air that passes through) 99.97% of particles that have a size greater-than-or-equal-to 0.3 microns.
For scale, household dust ranges from 0.5 to 100 microns and bacteria ranges from 0.3 to 60 microns. That’s why all US Steamvac products can reduce the spread of germs and reduce some environmental allergies. Not only is the surface sanitized with dry vapor steam, you’ve also cleaned and filtered the air your family breathes.
Electrical Safety – It’s a Priority
The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), is an international organization that establishes standards in terms of electricity, electronics, and other related technologies. In addition, we have Electrical Testing Lab certifications (founded in 1896 by Thomas Alva Edison!). UL and ETL are both what are called Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL). NRTLs are in place to provide independent safety and quality certifications on products. ETL tests to UL standards, and both the USA and Canada accept the ETL listed mark as proof of product compliance to published industry standards.
Respect the Environment
There are many polluting substances inside detergents that can contaminate the air in your home and are harmful to the environment. The reduced consumption of water combined with the total lack of toxic substances allows US Steamvac to care for the environment and be eco-friendly with the help of clean steam.
